Even with the high prices on cigarettes, the health warnings, and the limits on where people can smoke, many people still do. It's a difficult addiction to break, there's no question about it. I've read that it takes three or four times of trying to quit before a person is finally able to quit entirely.
Some people have met with success by going cold turkey. Others have used gum, patches, or prescription medicines and quit. More recently, people are trying e-cigarettes in an effort to at least avoid the harmful results of tar, and to take a step forward toward quitting.
I've read and heard both good and bad reviews for e-cigarettes but I haven't tried them myself. I am wondering if any of my readers could comment on their experiences with them. I've been looking at smoketip reviews lately to try to figure out if one brand or flavor is more successful than the rest, but reader input from reader experience is the best, I think.
