My poor laptop is probably on its last cyber-legs. I've had it for over three years now and loved every minute of owning it. However, it's developed some old-age related glitches lately and it's probably not worth having them fixed anymore.
I have a lot of info on it that I'd like to keep before it crashes completely. In fact, I'd like very much to invest in a new laptop soon, before this one fries itself, and just hang on to the old one for the pictures and recipes alone. Getting a new laptop, though, means breaking it in and also transferring some of the information I have here to the new one.
Not sure as yet what would be the best way to do that. Write it to CD-ROM, computer network cable, some kind of transfer cable, upload it to an online storage, save it on a flash drive?
I'd love any suggestions you might have!
